The E-2 website redesign transformed a text-heavy WordPress site into a visually engaging and user-friendly platform for a Naval Academy professor’s 15+ years of computer science research. The original site, a scholarly repository, lacked clear navigation and visual appeal, hindering its ability to attract funders, partners, and the public.

To better showcase their expertise and upcoming product launches, I restructured the content with bold headers, defined sections, and prioritized user groups: funders first, research participants second, and the general public third. I incorporated photos of their target audience, colorful call-to-action buttons, and a prominent Contact button in the header, replacing an email link with a streamlined contact form.

This project was an enlightening look into E-2’s innovative research and momentum in this space. They will, no doubt, be a future household name.
